Loyalty Plan
No insurance? No problem!
At Briargate Advanced Family Dental, we prioritize making quality dental care affordable for all our patients. For this reason, we offer a loyalty plan to help patients without insurance receive the care they need. Adult Plan
Our adult plan includes:
• Two healthy dental hygiene appointments
• Two dental exams
• Full-mouth set of X-rays
• Teeth whitening trays and four tubes
• Combined value of above services: $816
• 20% off all other dental services
Child Plan
Our child plan includes:
• Two healthy dental hygiene appointments
• Two dental exams
• Full mouth set of X-rays
• Two fluoride applications
• Combined value of above services: $626
• 20% off all other dental services
Plan Costs
• Primary (first) family member: $399 per year
• All other family members: $359 per year
• Child (under age 13): $199 per year
Please note:
This plan is not dental insurance. It is a discount dental plan provided by Briargate Advanced Family Dental. The plan is nonrefundable, and your annual fee is due at the time of signing. All services are to be used in a 12-month period after the membership plan is paid. There are no exceptions to the plan policies or specific services in the plan. Individuals with periodontal hygiene visits will be credited the healthy hygiene cost and should expect to supplement their periodontal treatment costs.
