BEFORE YOUR VISIT
We’re happy to offer in-office sedation for any patients who need extra support during their dental experience.
1. Consultation & Treatment Plan:
• Schedule an in-office consultation to discuss your treatment plan.
• A care plan will be created to address your specific needs, especially for those with high anxiety, health issues, or special needs.
2. Consent Forms:
• Complete the consent packet provided by our team after your treatment time is scheduled. Contact us if you do not receive these forms.
